Let Boxcar come to you. Their new food truck is perfect for a party. As it rolls into your driveway, the staff will immediately start to prepare your favorite soft tacos, quesadillas, fajitas and anything else you find on their menu. They’ll also bring the famous Boxcar margarita mix, a combination of fresh lime, lemon and orange juices, to combine with your favorite tequila.
Oh, and if you want to wait until spring for the party, you can find the truck outside of Greenwich Library on Wednesdays from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Enjoy locally sourced tamales, tacos, salads and guacamole. You will love your lunch.
