Delicious Lunch @ Tengda Asian Bistro

The appetizer menu simply said “Thai Crab Cake,” leading us to expect a few bites. Instead we got two large delicious crab cakes drizzled with a chili crème sauce next to a substantial mesclun salad with papaya and daikon strips as garnish. This dish definitely made for a great lunch.

Other appetizer favorites that can make a meal at Tengda: Thai Chicken Lettuce Wraps (diced chicken in mild Thai bean paste sauce wrapped in leaves of crisp Iceberg lettuce), Curry Glazed Rock Shrimp with coconut and daikon, and Pork Dumplings with shitake mushrooms in a balsamic vinegar sauce.

If you’re really hungry, try one of the Japanese Lunch Boxes, which come with salad, a California roll, pot stickers and rice. Party with Moms favorite: the Ribeye Teriyaki.
