Dougie’s looks fresh and bright, thanks to some new coats of interior paint. The red and white motif is clean and cheery. What a nice change.
Dougie’s is also featuring a lunch special every day. Today’s is tuna and avocado, with lettuce & tomato on a toasted English muffin for only $5.50!
What hasn’t changed at Dougie’s is the good food and the reasonable prices. The sausage, egg and cheddar breakfast sandwich, the hot dogs (2 for the price of 1 on Wednesdays), burgers, and chicken cutlet sandwiches are still as good as ever. So is their fresh-brewed Colombian iced coffee.
The service at Dougie’s is friendly and always accommodating. Stop by the Standby, have breakfast or lunch and enjoy the new look.
