What do you love to do with your children? How old are they? And what is your greatest wish for them?
My children are 4 and 3. Being a working mom, I make dinners for the beginning of the week on Sunday afternoons to make the week easier. So every Sunday, I teach my kids how to cook and they love it. They are getting pretty good at making sauce and meatballs!
When and where are you the happiest?
I’m happiest and most content being at home on Sunday evenings. We have usually had a packed weekend, the house is clean and dinner is made for the next few nights…
If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go?
Capri – Italy is the best!
What quality do you most admire in a mother? And what woman has had the biggest impression on you?
I admire someone who can be there for her kids and also work or pursue a hobby that they love – and who has a good balance. My mom was able to give a great example of that.
What personal achievement are you most proud of?
Aside from marrying my husband and having our children, I’m most proud of launching my party planning business, My Classic Party, while working full time in banking. I needed more creativity and excitement in my career (not that investment banking isn’t thrilling!), so I went for it. I’m able to do a lot of the party work after my kids go to sleep which has helped me to juggle it all.
What do you feel is your strongest talent?
I’m extremely organized which helped me to survive a few weeks ago where I had 4 events to plan in one week.
What do you like to do for fun?
Travel with my husband and kids – and Party with Moms of course…
Where is your favorite place to Party with Moms and what do you like to drink?
I love a Bar Taco ladies dinner. They have the best guacamole and mojitos.
