Frank creates custom food and drink for your private parties. Delicious cuisine, experienced servers, rentals and alcohol are all provided on location at your venue of choice.
Frank described a recent catering event, held to honor volunteer moms at the end of a school year. The moms preferred an outdoor party and hors d’oeuvres rather than a sit down meal. Frank provided them with 12 special appetizers, followed by 6 different and unique pizzas, which he makes in his portable pizza oven on your grill. Of course, there were a few delicious desserts, in portions small enough for everyone to enjoy one or two guiltless bites.
For this special summer party, Frank created an Island Boy rum punch. Specialty rums and juices make a delightful, refreshing cocktail.
Frank specializes in finger food for ease of eating. Here are some of the appetizers:
Chopped martini salad
Lobster bites in a sweet & spicy tempura
Santa Fe mini shrimp taco
Seared scallops in Alfredo sauce
Watermelon salad
Shrimp cocktail with homemade crisps
Following the appetizers and drinks, Frank offered his unique pizzas. This is a sampling. Frank can create any pizza you want!
